20 yr old male,presenting as 3 by 3 cm size chestwall swelling, ? neurofibroma.since 3 months. on exploration thick cheesy material with a long ? worm delivered from the mass from pectoralis major muscle. histology suggestive of dracanculiosis.very rare site for gunieworm nimetode.
